This blend encompasses many commonplace aspects of the winter season, from the peppermint of candy canes and traditional orange at the bottom of Christmas stockings, to the frankincense and cedar associated with biblical times. These ingredients are all associated with winter for a reason. They are warming, healing, strengthening, all much needed aids to a mid-winter massage.
This blend helps to balance the Pitta dosha with essential oils that are cooling and calming. It is also well suited to most body types during the heat of summer.
